Hi, Hello, and Welcome!
If we haven’t met before, my name is Gem and I am the founder, owner and the face behind Gem Roberts VA.
Before diving into the online world, I had over 15 years of customer service under my belt, so you know you’re in safe hands with me.
As with all the best things, I stumbled upon becoming a VA answering an ad for a VA associate for someone I used to work with. The rest that say is history.
I started out working with clients on their basic admin and quickly realised that my tech skills were far more suited to creating and implementing sales pages, editing podcasts, creating automations and email automation, which in my green days, I didn’t realise I was learning all the basics for funnels.
So after a little divergence into General VA work, I now specialist in being a Tech VA, (not sure what the difference is, well I have this handy blog post for you that explains the difference)

So who Am I?
Someone who loves Tech, I mean, helpful given the line of work I’m in right 😉, but I also love cats (have you seen their floofy faces 😻?) I’m an introvert who likes snow days (providing I’m toasty inside) and spring, and the possibility of being able to pack a bag and get on a plane at any instant, even though I don’t as I love being at home! Contradiction much 😆
I’m also a massive supporter of whoever I come into contact with, even if you’re a client. I don’t just care about your business, I also care about you and how you are and where I can support you.
