Before stepping into the online world, I spent over 15 years in customer service roles — which means you’re not just getting someone who knows tech, you’re getting someone who knows people too.
(And who understands just how important it is to feel supported, not just “handled.”)
Like all good stories, I stumbled into this career a little by accident — answering an ad to support someone I used to work with. What started as admin tasks quickly uncovered a much bigger strength:
I’m the person who genuinely enjoys untangling tech, streamlining systems, and making things work properly behind the scenes.
Over the years, I’ve shifted from general VA work to fully specialising in Online Business Tech Management (OBTM) — because business owners don’t just need someone to “fix things.”
They need someone to keep their systems running, spot problems early, and proactively make sure the tech grows with them.
